- You need 400 g stewing beef in chunks
- Use 1 beef stock cube (made into a pint of stock)
- Get 1 tin tomatoes
- Take 1 tin flageolet beans

- Prepare 1 large onion

- Add the herbs and transfer to the oven at 120C for a few hours until the meat is very tender. You may need to add more stock.
- Transfer to a serving dish and add the sliced potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Return to the oven until the potatoes are cooked and crispy around 35 minutes at 190C.
