- Prepare For Falahari Bafla bati–
- You need 1 cup samak rice
- Prepare 2 tbsp ghee
- Take to taste Salt
- You need 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Prepare 1/2 tsp fennal seeds
- Provide 1 tbsp curd
- Get Boiled, mashed potatoes as requierd
- Use For falahari dal (without using any dal)–
- Provide 200 gm bottle gourd (lauki)
- Get 1 roughly chopped tomato
- Use 2 chopped green chillies
- You need to taste Salt
- Provide 1 tbsp ghee
- Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Get Fresh chopped coriander
- Get For falahari paneer bhurji–
- Take 100 gm crumbled paneer
- Get 1 tbsp ghee
- Get 3-4 black pepper corn
- Prepare 2-3 cloves
- Use 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Take 1 tomato(puri)
- Use 1 tbsp ginger + green chilli paste
- Get 1 tbsp curd/fresh malai
- Take to taste Salt
- Use Fresh coriander
Steps to make Falahari Bafla - Bati platter:
- For making falari bati– add samak rice in mixer jar…And grind to make flour..Take it out in a bowl..Add all ingredients mentioned above ๐..And mix well…Add boiled, mashed potatoes and knead a dough..(don't use water)..Now make equal sized bati from the dough(4-5)..then heat a steamer and steam all bati for 10 mins…In steamer…Let it cool for a while…And bake them in microwave or in bati oven for 5 min…From both sides…Then fry in ghee.. bafla bati is ready..
- For making farali dal– in a pressure cooker add washed, peeled, chopped lauki, tomato, green chillies… along with required water and salt…Cook for 2 whistles…After releasing pressure…Blend it with hand blender.. to make it for dal consistency..Add water if required and cook for another few minutes…Heat a tempering pan with ghee add cumin seeds.. when they cracks…Dunk into the.. Prepared dal (lauki)..Add chopped fresh coriander and switch off the flame…Dal is done..
- For making farali paneer bhurji–heat a pan with ghee..Add cumin seeds, pepper corn, cloves… When they cracks add ginger chilli paste…Stir well…Add tomato puri…Stir..Add salt and cook for a min…Add curd/ fresh malai…Stir continuesly…Add paneer mix well… Cook for another min…Add fresh coriander and switch off the flame..Paneer bhurji is done.(I didn't use any other spices…Like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder…U can add)
