- Take 1 baking potato
- Prepare 1 tsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- Provide 1 Jalapeño, chopped
- Prepare 50 grams Bacon Lardons
- Provide 35 grams mozzarella cheese, roughly pulled into small pieces

- Pre-Heat an oven to 190°C / 170°C fan.
