- You need 1 cup maida/All purpose flour
- Take 1/4 cup mango pulp
- Prepare To taste Salt

- You need 2 tbsp grated raw mangoes
- Prepare 1/4 cup grated cabbage
- Get 1 Chopped green chilli
- Provide 2 tsp red chilli flakes

- Use 1 tbsp Chopped garlic and ginger
- Use 1 tbsp grated carrots

- For mango chilli sauce, place mango puree in oven and cook for 2 mins. No water required. After a min add salt, Chilli sauce and cook for 30sec. Cool it completely before serving.
- Note: Do not add water to dough as it makes the dough soggy. Choose ripened mango and which is not too sweet. Adjust spice as per your taste.
