The ingredients needed to cook Beef Hotpot:
- Take 500 ml Beef stock
- You need 1 large carrot chopped
- You need 2 baby turnips, chopped
- Get 1 shallot, finely diced
- Prepare 4 clove of garlic, crushed and finely diced
- Prepare 1 tbsp smooth salsa
- Take 2 potatoes, sliced in to thin pieces
- Get 25 grams butter, melted
- Use 1/2 tbsp dried parsley

- Pre-heat an oven to 190°C / 170°C fan.

- put the lid on the pot and place in the oven for 1h30mins.
