  1. For gravy : At first add 1/2 cup of oil in a pan add chopped onions in it then broil until golden brown and took them out then in the same pan add g. g paste and beef broil it for few minutes then add water

Then add chopped tomatoes, haldi powder, dhaniya and red chilli powder broil and cover for 10 mint then add Shan Bombay masala and green chilli 4 to 5 and cover let it cook until it tenderize then add beaten yougert, jalfal jawetri and crushed spices, garam masala, salt,crushed fried onions and potatoes then broil until the oil comes upward then cover let the potatoes tenderize then shut the stove and put aside
  3. For rice : in a deep pan add water then add sabut garam masala and zeera then add soaked rice and let them cook then put aside
  4. Then assemble by putting the layer of rice then gravy then chopped corriender, mint, tomatoes green chillies then layer of rice then in a bowl add water and yellow food color and pour it on the top as well as heat half cup oil add onions in it golden brown and pour tarka then put on dum and serve..
