- You need 400 grams lean minced beef
- Prepare 3 large potato

- rounghly chop the onion and the garlic. slice the red onion and the bacon.
- slice the courgette and the potatoes quite thin. try to make them even so they cook evenly.
- add one layer of the sliced potatoes on a roasting dish with a spinkle og salt
- heat a non stick pan with a table spoon of butter. add the onions and cook till softend. add the mince and cook till brown. whilst the meat is cooking add the bacon a dash of salt, black pepper, all purpose seasoning and mixed herbs.
- take the roasting dish with the potatoes out the oven after 10-15mins. once the mince is cooked add half on top of the potatoes.
- on top of the mince add half the courgettes. and add the sliced red onion.
- add the rest of the mince on top of the red onion.
- add the courgettes and the rest of the sliced potatoes.
- place the dish in the oven for 30 mins
- take the dish out the oven and add the grated cheese on top
- cook the dish for a further 20mins
- atfer 20 mins take it out the oven and rest for five mins beforr serving
