- Take 2 cup Feta cheese
- Use 1 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Take 2 cup cheddar cheese
- Use 1/2 cup whipping cream
- Take 1 parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and feta cheese for top of pie covering
- Use 1 cup Pinot Grigio
Steps to make Pasta ensemble:
- In a blender or by hand (i used an egg beater), mix together: garlic sauce (bistro), cream cheese, egg, whipping cream, evaporated milk and the coconut milk powder.
- Mix aforementioned in step for 2-3 minutes.
- In another bowl mix remaining ingredients except pasta and the cheeses.
- Grease dish or spray on Pam and add half of tricolor pasta (so it will turn out as two layers). Then a layer of corn beef mix.
- Add half of the various cheese types on top of corn beef mix.
- Pour garlic sauce mix on cheese layer.
- Add remaining half of various cheese.
- Complete using pasta and top with cheese designated for covering. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Allow to cool then enjoy.
