Instructions to make Qeema paratha:

- Mix flour, salt and oil. Knead medium soft dough with water and let it rest for 20 minutes.

- Add 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Turn on the flame. Add minced meat and ginger garlic paste and cook for two minutes.

- Add salt, red chilli, crushed chillies, turmeric, sliced onions, cumin seeds, green chilli paste and one cup water.

- Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes. In the end stir well so all the water dries up.

- Mix kasoori maithi, omelette cut onion and coriander leaves in it and keep aside.

- Again knead the dough for a minute. Take medium sized ball of dough and roll out 2 round rotis.

- Spread s good ammount of cooked minced meat over the roti and cover it with another roti. Seal the edges very well. Heat a frying pan put some oil or ghee in it and fry the paratha from both sides till golden brown. Serve with raita and imli chutney.
