  1. Prepare 2 packages beef Ramen noodles
  2. You need 2 packages Broccoli slaw
  3. Take 3/4 cup canola oil or an mild flavor oil

  5. Prepare 1 cup sunflower seeds
  6. Take 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  7. Take 1/2 cup white sugar
