- Prepare Beef
- You need Pumpkin leaves (ugu)
- Provide Waterleaf
- Use Palm oil
- You need Stockfish
- Get Dry fish (deboned)

- Wash vegetables properly to remove sand and grit. Slice thinly and set aside in a colander separately for water to drip.
