The ingredients needed to cook Seekh Kabab:
- Prepare 1/2 kg Beef Mince
- Prepare 1 Bread slice
- Use 1 Onion medium size (chopped)
- You need 2 tbsp Coriander leave (chopped)
- Get 4 Green chillies (chopped)
- Use 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- Get 1.5 tsp All spice's powder
- Get 2 tsp Red chilli powder

- After washing your mince leave it on your strainer for a while and let the excess water out. Press it with your hands so that more water may come out. (but do not completely dry it)
- Grind bread slices (dry) and make a powder. Add all the ingredients together and mix well. Make kabab shapes, refrigerate for 3 hour's
- And shallow fry them in a non-stick frying pan.
