- onces it starts to fry a little add ground beff and stir.
- add seasoning to your liking. taste occasionally.
- once fully cooked add tomato paste and about 1/2 a cup of water and mix.
- add capers and olives
- once the water has thickened remove from heat and cover.
- cook about 4 strips of bacon and dice.
- check on potatoes by inserting a fork, if its soft remove from oven.
- slice the potato open to add the ground beff.
- sprinkle cheese if it doesnt melt heat it up in microwave or place them back in the oven .
- once your cheese have melted add sour cream and bacon on top.
