Instructions to make Suya 1:
- Start by soaking the skewers in water to prevent it form getting burnt
- Wash and cut your meat very thinly (frozen meat is more easier to handle)add the grated scotch bonnet onions ginger garlic and seasonings together with 2 tablespoons of the suya spice as allow it to marinate for at least an hour
- Next arrange them in the skewer drizzle over oil, and generous amounts of the suya spice. Then the meat to the other side and do the same. Grill them in a preheated oven till meat is well cooked.
