- On a clean working surface roll put dough flat,using a small circled ball cut shape(i use habib yoghurt bowl,to get a smaller meatpie) add in filing,brush edges with egg,cover nd press the edges lightly with fork,brush with egg nd bake at 250F for 15 mins(as they are small theg easily baked)
