- Take 2 Green Chillies Finely chopped
- Prepare 2 Potatoes boiled (medium)
- You need 2 Onions Finely Chopped
- Prepare 4 Tbs Lemon Juice
- You need 1 tsp Salt
- Get 1 Egg

- Cut onion finely sliced, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, cloves and whole red chillies to cook beef mince.
- Now add all above ingredients in pressure cooker and wait till 1 whistle.
- Soaked chanadaal for 1 hour, whole Coriander seeds, termaric powder, zeera is ready to put in pressure.
- Now add these ingredients and let it cook for a while or till mixture cooked properly.
- When meat and lentil is nicely cook,turn the heat high and dry it.turn off the heat and let it cool. Now put this mixture in blender and blend nicely.
- Now soaked chopped onions with 4 Tbs of lemon juice and leave it for 10 minutes.
- Take a bowl add mince mixture, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, boiled potatoes, green coriander, onions (which soaked in lemon juice), egg, chopped green chillies. Now mash all these and mix well.
- Now make shape of kababs and at that point you can freeze them also.
- Now fry kabab: put 2 Tbs oil in pan fry kabab, best way to cook is let it fry completely from one side then turn it in this way it will not break and give perfect shape.
