- Take 12- 14 Green Chilli (chopped)
- Provide 1 inch Ginger (Chopped)
Steps to make Shami kabab:
- Take a pot and put all meat, Lentil and Spices and pour water to get all the ingredients cooks and tender.
- Once Meat and Lentils cook, dry the water and chop all the things in chopper and chop.
- Take out the mixture from the chopper and add whipped egg and add all green stuff (coriander, mint and chillies) and mix it properly.
- Then give shape of kabab (almost 35-38 kabab will be made in normal size) (you can put green masala in the centre of the kabab). Make it Kabab and put it on butter paper or Plastic shopper. Spray oil both side first then put one layer of kabab then another one and freeze it.
- You also can give shape to kabab and then dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs and fry to make it crispy or mix 2-3 tbs of cornflour in Kabab mixture to make it more crispy.
