- You need 2 Portobello mushrooms
- Prepare 1 clove smoked fresh garlic
- Provide 100 grams blue cheese or soft goats cheese
- Prepare 4 tbsp fresh grated Parmesan
- Provide 4 tbsp olive oil
- You need 1 generous pinch each of salt and white pepper
- You need 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
- Prepare 1/2 cup or so breadcrumbs
