This is because a lot of the popular fast food restaurants out there are trying to “healthy up” their choices. Here is the way to eat healthy and balanced when you hit the drive through.
Choose water, juice or perhaps milk as a beverage. When you drink a huge soft drink you are putting a lot of empty calories to your day. Usually an individual serving of soda is only eight ounces big. Those eight ounces usually are at least 100 calories and close to ten tablespoons of sugar. Most fast food soft drink sizes start out at twenty ounces. Generally, though, they may be 30 ounces. This ensures that just buying a soft drink will add cupfulls of sugar and thousands of empty calories to your diet program. Water, fruit juice and also milk, however, are better choices.
Basic sense states that the proper way to lose weight and get healthy is to ban fast food from your diet altogether. Most of the time this is a good idea but if you make beneficial choices, there is not any reason you can’t visit your drive through now and then. Sometimes the best thing is to let another person produce your dinner. There isn’t any reason to feel guilty about going to the drive through when you make healthy decisions!
