- You need splash of olive oil
- Take roughly chopped onions
- Prepare of celery, chopped
- You need sweet potato/kumara, cubed
- You need garlic, crushed

- Heat the olive oil in a large soup pot and add onion and celery. Sweat for five - ten minutes until starts to glisten
