  1. Use 1 Sweet Corn kernels ( Tinned)
  2. Take 1 Chicken stock Maggi / veg cube
  3. Get Egg (optional)

  1. In a saucepan empty half tin of the corn kernels, hot water (as per required quantity of soup you want) Chicken stock cube,  carrots & beans and bring it to a boil.
  2. Once the mixture is boiling reduce the flame and  add the beaten egg through a sieve (i use my tea strainer =))  to get it in strings.
  3. When the egg is cooked add  the corn starch  mixture stir till it thickens. Garnish with a dash of soy, chopped celery, salt & pepper as per your taste. Voila your soup is ready!! Serve with  toasted bread & salad.
