- Use 1 Grillmates roasted garlic and herb seasoning
- Use 1 salmon or tilapia fillets
- You need 1 Grillmates smokehouse rub
- Take 1 black pepper (to taste)
- Take 2 bottles Lawrys Szechuan sweet and sour bbq marinade

- rinse fish of choice in cool water and pat dry. if using salmon, remove skin
- place fish in large plastic bowl and season with each seasoning listed. rub/massage seasonings in by hand
- chop onion and dump over seasoned fish
- pour 1 1/2 bottles of marinade over fish (save a little for later)…make sure its all covered. you may want to mix around by hand
- cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours
- preheat oven to 420°F and line baking dish with foil
