  1. Prepare 1 cup finely chopped cabbage,carrot,beans,corn,greenchilli
  2. You need 4-5 raw bananas
  3. Get 2 tsp red chilli powder

  5. Get 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  6. Provide 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  7. Take As required Salt
  8. Take 2 tsp garam masala
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Chaat masala

Instructions to make Vegetable cutlet:
  1. Firstly pressure cook the raw bananas until 4 whistle make sure they are not over cooked.once done let them get cool and then remove the peel
  2. Take a mixing bowl add add raw bananas in it and mash it then add finely chopped carrot, cabbage, capsicum,beans,green chilli, corn red chilli, turmeric,cumin, coriander powder. Then add Chaat & garam masala,salt, coriander and add Sooji so that the complete mixture gets a bind (it will easy to make patty) and mix it well.
  3. Once done refrigerate it for so that patty will absorbs less oil.
  4. Take a frying pan add oil in that and make small small patty out of the prepared mixture. Then take a plate add Sooji in it and dust the prepared patty in Sooji for the crispness
  5. Then shallow fry them in less oil and fry them until it turns golden brown. Once done drain them on tissue paper.
  6. Serve it with ketchup
