- Take 1 lb Ground Beef
- You need 2 cup Krafts Italian Blend 5 Cheese
- Provide 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Finely chop yellow squash, zucchini and mushrooms.
- Boil lasagna noodles. Drain.
- Brown Ground beef. Drain
- In medium saucepan combine spaghetti sauce chopped zucchini, yellow squash, and mushrooms. Be sure to leave behind enough sauce for the bottom of the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. - In 12" x 9" pan pour light coat of spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan as a base. Lay lasagna in sauce, layer spaghetti sauce mixture over lasagna. Coat in cheese. Repeat twice. At top of lasagna add 5 cheese blend, Romano and Parmesan Cheese.
- Bake for approximately 30 mins. Or until top is golden brown.
