  13. Take 2 tsp Lemon juice
  14. Use 2 tbsp Green coriander
  15. Provide For Tempering
  16. Use 3 tablespoon Oil
  17. Get 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai)
  18. Prepare 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  19. Prepare 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (Til)
  20. Provide 2 tbsp Green coriander (Hara dhaniya) (chopped)
Steps to make Baked Handvo:
  1. Wash and soak the rice and dals together for 4 to 5 hours. Drain and keep aside. Grind to a paste well.Allow to ferment overnight or at least 6-8 hrs.
  2. Add grated vegetables, turmeric powder and salt to the fluffed mixture and mix well. Taste and check seasonings. Also, mix eno/baking powder at this time and mix well
  3. Pour the prepared batter into baking tray.
  4. To prepare tempering, heat oil in a small pan. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds and sesame seeds. Turn off flame. Pour tadka of batter
