- Preheat oven 375F
- Oil loaf pans
- Cream sugar and butter together
- Add eggs to butter, sugar mix and mix together
- Add vanilla, and bananas, you can mash the bananas first to make it easier. Mix well. Mine were soft enough to not need premashing.
- Mix flour, salt and baking soda together in a different container.
- Slowly add the flour mixture while mixing. Do not overmix.
- Clean and chop your strawberries, place in a separate bowl
- Add 1 Tbl. Flour to the strawberries, shake to coat.
- Fold flour coated strawberries into batter.
- Divide batter between loaf pans.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Then turn oven down to 350F, bake 30 more minutes
- Remove, allow to cool completely before removing from pan!
- Once completely cool, invert pan to remove
- Serve
