The ingredients needed to make Baked BBQ Baby Back Ribs:
- Use baby back pork ribs
- You need Badia Holy Smokes pork and meat rub or dry rub of your choosing
- You need Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
Steps to make Baked BBQ Baby Back Ribs:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Place ribs meat side down on aluminum foil. Prick back of ribs several times with a knife.
- Generously apply coating of dry rub to all sides of ribs
- With ribs meat side down fold foil around it tightly. Place on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 2 hours. Remove and cool 15 minutes.
- Increase oven temp to 350 degrees F
- Open foil,drain and discard accumulated juices and fat.Brush barbacue sauce on all sides of ribs.
