- Prepare 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Prepare 1/2 cup melted butter (but not hot)

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Combine all ingredients for bottom layer. Beat well. Will be very thick but spreadable.
- Spray a 8x11.5x2 inch baking pan with non stick spray. Just a little, mostly the sides.
- Spread cake batter mix across entire bottom.
- In another bowl prepare the top layer. First beat cream cheese until creamy.
- Add egg, vanilla and butter. Beat well until nice and smooth.
- Stir in powdered sugar and beat agian until smooth.
- Pour cream cheese mix over the cake mix.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes. It should jiggle a little, and top should be golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool about 20 minutes..
- Sprinkle with a dusting of powdered sugar.
- Serve warm or cool.
