- Provide 2 halves sweet peppers
- You need 1/4 tsp Rainbow Peppers
- Use 2 tomatoes, sliced thick

- Use 2 tbls White Wine
- You need 1/4 cup Sweetcorn
- Get 1/4 Cup boiling water, add fish stock
- Use 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
