  1. You need 6 , 4oz Mahi Mahi fillet fresh or frozen (thawed & dried)
  2. Take 1 lime (squeezed)
  3. Provide 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. Get 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  5. Get 1 teaspoon chili pepper

  6. Cover the fillets with the pistachio coating. Drizzle the remaining lime mixture ontop. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 mins until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
