  2. Prepare 1 pound kielbasa smoked beef sausage
  3. Get 1 cup rice
  4. Provide 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup diced onions
  6. Take 1 teaspoon salt
  7. Provide 1 tablespoon saffron flowers
