The ingredients needed to prepare Mac & Cheese:
- Provide 2 hand grab of Macaroni
- Provide 3 Baby Potatoes
- Take 3 slice Ham
- Provide 150 ml Milk
- Prepare 150 gm Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- You need Salted butter
Instructions to make Mac & Cheese:
- Peel off the Potatoes skin and put to boil, also boil Macaroni (separately: 15- 20min), slice the ham into cubes
- Take out the macaroni raise with cool water (this to soften the macaroni), take out the potatoes and Mash it.
- Middle heat fire: Put the salted butter is the frying pan, pour hams and mashed potatoes into the pan and stir it together
- Pour in the Macaroni to mix well (2min), pour in 150ml milk (mix well 2min)
- Lower the heat: Add in the shredded cheese bit by bit until the whole pack for 150gm cheese used up, stir until it become sticky (10min) (optional- if way to sticky you may add in milk and stir it again), off the fire and ready to served
- Optional: lay the mac & cheese on the baking tray, sprinkle more shredded cheese on the top and bake for 10min (ready to serve)
