- First step to boil the Potatoes in water. When it's Boiled half the Potato with knife carefully. Now let it cool completely. After cooling scoop out the Potato from the center of Half Potato as shown in pic ⬇️ now set aside both types of Potatoes.
- Take a pan add oil and sliced garlic in it cook for a minute then add Chopped capsicum and onion cook for another 2 Minutes now add salt, black pepper, shredded chicken and soya sauce. Mix well and cook (make sure there is no liquid / water remaining in the Mixture while cooking).
- Now add the scooped Potatoes and turn off flame. Fill this chicken Mixture in the Potatoes well and add a tbls of cheddar cheese on top, sprinkle some oregano leaves and that's it. Take a baking tray pour some oil on the tray and set the filled Potatoes.
