  2. Provide 4 oz Room temp cream cheese
  3. Provide 1/4 cup Sour cream
  4. Use 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. Use 1 tbsp onion powder
  6. Use 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  7. Provide 1/2 cup Room temp butter
  8. Take 1/4 cup Butter room temp.

  2. Wash and dry potato's.
