- Use 1 fresh chilli, slit
- Provide 2 tbsp. Thai green curry paste (store bought)

- You need 8-10 kaffir lime leaves
- Prepare 1 lemongrass stalk, cut into 3 pieces
- You need 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
- Take to taste salt
- Take 1/2 pepper powder or to taste

- Heat oil in a pan and saute the Thai green curry paste on a low flame for a few seconds. Add all the chopped vegetables, lime leaves, lemon grass, galangal, green peas, fresh chilli, stock, salt and pepper powder.
