Before you jump to My Baked Ziti recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Choosing Healthy Fast Food.

Almost every single article about losing weight and getting healthy informs readers to avoid drive through windows like the plague and to perform all of their own cooking. This is really very good guidance. Once in a while, though, you absolutely do not wish to make an entire meal for your family or even just for yourself. Sometimes almost all you desperately want is to go to the drive through and get home as soon as possible. There isn’t any reason that you shouldn’t be permitted to do this and not be plagued by shame about slipping on your diet. This is because most well-known fast food restaurants around are trying to “healthy up” their selections. Here’s how it’s possible to eat healthfully when you are at a fast food place.

Choose a drive through based on whether it has healthier options available. For instance, Arby’s won’t offer hamburgers. Alternatively you’ll be able to select from roast beef sandwiches, salads, wraps as well as other healthier items. While Wendy’s has offered hamburgers for decades, they also have plenty of other healthy options like salads, baked potatoes and chili. Not every thing is McDonalds featuring its deep fried chicken parts as well as other terribly unhealthy items.

Fundamental logic states that the simplest way to lose fat and get healthy is to ban fast food from your diet entirely. While, for the most part, this is a good plan, if you make sensible choices, there is no reason to feel guilty for visiting a drive through one or two times a month. At times the thing you need most is just to have another person do the cooking. If you ultimately choose healthy products, the guilt usually associated with hitting the drive through shouldn’t be so bad.

We hope you got insight from reading it, now let’s go back to my baked ziti recipe. To make my baked ziti you need 7 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

The ingredients needed to prepare My Baked Ziti:
  1. Take 1 box of Ziti Rozoni
  2. Take 2 cup sauce Homemade or Jar sauce (Prego Three Cheese)
  3. You need 3 cup Mozzarella
  4. Prepare 2 cup Cheddar
  5. Prepare 1 cup Parmesan (Grated or fresh)
  6. Get 2 oz vegetable/olive oil
  7. Prepare 1 Size of pan dependent on how thick you want the pieces
Steps to make My Baked Ziti:
  1. Preheat oven 350°F.
  2. Boil pasta how you normally would. I don’t recommend fully cooking it as it will go into the oven for about 20 minutes. Drain pasta when cooked.
  3. Grease your pan with oil or butter. I prefer with oil.
  4. In a bowl, mix the ziti with half of the sauce by itself. Mix in some of each cheese. A cup and a half total.
  5. At the bottom of the pan, pour a small amount of the leftover sauce, smearing it all over the bottom of the pan.
  6. Pour some of the pasta (about half) in the pan. Cover the top in cheese. Depending on your pan/baking dish, repeat this step multiple time. Remember that the top layer also needs cheese.
  7. Place in oven for about 20-30 minutes.
  8. Enjoy while hot!
