- Get 1 lb ground beef
- Provide 1 medium onion
- You need 2 envelope taco seasoning
- Take 1 1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- Get 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- Use 1 packages mixed shredded cheese
- You need 1 packages cream cheese, softened
- Use 1-16 oz. sour cream
- Provide 1 jar favorite salsa
- Get 1/2 can sliced olives (optional)

- Brown ground beef & season with salt & pepper.
- Drain grease & add onion. Cook until onion translucent. Then take off heat to cool.
- Add half envelope of taco seasoning & whole jar of salsa. Mix well.
- While waiting for meat to cool, mix cream cheese, sour cream & rest of taco seasoning. I use mixer for this step because its easier. When thoroughly mixed, put in 13x9 in. pan. Spread on bottom of pan.
- When meat is @ room temp then layer it on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Then layer lettuce, tomato, cheese, & if you want olives. Place in refrigerator.
