- In a pateela add oil onions and fry for few minutes till saute

- Add small amount of rice at the bottom add salan in it now add yougrt mixture potatoes dried plum some coriander leaves now add all rice sprinkle mint and coriandr leaves lemon slice green chillie milk and orange colour mixture in a spiral form dun use spoon
- Now put on stove cover the lid give a nice dum for 6 min on a high flame then low a flame and give another dum for 10 minutes
