- Get 500 grams Minced Beef
- Provide 3 Eggs
- Use 2 Finely Chopped Onions
- Use 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- Use 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Preheat oven to 190°c or 375°F or Gas mark 5
- Prepare a loaf tin and grease lightly or line with baking paper.
