- You need 1 and half cup Leftover Karelay pyaz
- Provide half kg Minced beef
- Provide 2 medium sized onions sliced
- You need 3-4 Tomatoes sliced
- Get 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Provide 4-5 Black peppercorns
- Provide Clove 3
- Get 1 inch piece Cinnamon stick
- Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Use 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- You need 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Use 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- Get Tamarind pulp (optional)
- You need 1 tsp Whole spice powder
- Use 3-4 Green chillies
- You need Cilantro for garnishing
- Provide 2-3 tbsp Oil
Instructions to make Qeema karelay:
- Heat Oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
- Now put whole spices & cumin seeds and fry for 1 min.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and saute it for few seconds and add minced beef with turmeric powder and fry till it water dries.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder & tomatoes give it a good mix and let it cook till tomatoes becomes soft.
- Now add half cup water, cover the lid and let it cook until water dries on medium flame.
- Now add whole spice powder and bhunofy it untill oil seperates.
- Now add green chillies, tamarind pulp & leftover Karelay pyaz in it. Give it a good stir and cover the lid. Cook it for more 5 mins on low flame.
- Sprinkle cilantro and turn of the flame. & Voilaaa it's Yummm…
- Serve it with Paratha, chapati or Naan & Enjoy !
