- Prepare Beef
- You need Water
- Get Spinach
- Take Oil
- Take Tomatoes
- Provide Green Chillies
- Get Red Chilli Powder

Instructions to make Palak Ghosht:
- In a pot add beef and water, cook until it gets tender. (Add water if required)
- In another pot add spinach and 3-4 green chilies, simmer for 08-10 minutes, remove the lid and blend it well. Keep it aside.
- In a pan heat oil, add onion & ginger garlic paste, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes & cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, roaster crushed cumin, salt, turmeric and 2 green chilies and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add mutton with broth, cover the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add spinach mixture, mix it well. Cover the lid and cook it for 5-6 minutes on medium high flame.
- Add cream, garam masala, mix it well. Garnish it with green chilies.
