Before you jump to Broccoli and Bacon Crumble Alfredo recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Choosing Healthy and balanced Fast Food.

Just about every article you read about bettering your health or losing weight is going to tell you to ignore the drive through and cook all of your meals instead. This is actually very true. Now and then, though, you definitely do not wish to make a whole meal for your family or even just for yourself. Once in a while you only want to check out the drive through while you are on your way home and end the day. Why shouldn’t you be capable of do this every so often and not have a bunch of guilt about slipping up on your diet regime? This is because many of the popular fast food restaurants around are trying to “healthy up” their menus. Here is the way to find healthy food at the drive through.

Concentrate on the sides. It was not that long ago that all you could get in a fast food cafe was French Fries. Now virtually all of the famous fast food places have widened their menus. Now lots of them offer you salads. You can get chili. You might get baked potatoes. You could possibly get fruit. There are a lot of possibilities that don’t require eating one thing deep fried. Instead of the pre-determined “meal deals” try to make a meal out of side dishes. You’ll keep your calorie and fatty food count lower and escape commitment.

Fundamental logic states that the proper way to lose pounds and get healthy is to ban fast food from your diet altogether. Most of the time this is a good plan but if you make great choices, there is not any reason you can’t visit your drive through from time to time. Every now and then, letting someone else cook dinner is just what you require. If you ultimately choose healthy products, the guilt usually associated with hitting the drive through shouldn’t be so bad.

We hope you got benefit from reading it, now let’s go back to broccoli and bacon crumble alfredo recipe. You can cook broccoli and bacon crumble alfredo using 7 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you do it.

The ingredients needed to make Broccoli and Bacon Crumble Alfredo:
  1. Provide 2 cup Alfredo Sauce
  2. Provide 2 cup Cooked Pasta
  3. Prepare 2 cup Cut Broccoli
  4. Provide Grated Parmesan Cheese
  5. Get 1/4 tbsp Brown Sugar
  6. Take 1/4 tbsp Cayenne Powder
  7. Take 1/2 lb Thick Cut Bacon
Steps to make Broccoli and Bacon Crumble Alfredo:
  1. I like to bake my bacon rather than cooking it on the stove. You can choose the cooking method that suits you. Although, I would not use the microwave to cook bacon. It becomes greasy, rather than crispy.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking tray with Aluminum Foil. During this time I like to get my Brown Sugar and Cayenne Powder mixed really well.
  3. Line baking tray with your bacon. I like to get my bacon from a butcher because they're thicker cuts. However, you can use any kind, but thicker is better. Sprinkle your dry mix over the bacon. You can use as much as you want, but brown sugar will make the bacon sweet, so try not using so much. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes. I like to take it out every 5 minutes to remove grease for crispier bacon.
  4. You can cook the pasta while bacon is cooking. Bring your water to a boil. Use the pasta of your choice. Veggie pasta is amazing. Give it a try!
  5. Now for the sauce I did use a jar. However, homemade recipes would work with this as well. I just haven't tried to make my own homemade sauce, but I will soon. Heat up your sauce in a pot. Mine didn't have any flavor, so adjust to your liking. Toss in your cut broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Cut your cooked bacon to desired cut. I made mine more larger rather than mincing it. Add bacon to your sauce.
  7. Strain you cooked pasta and plate out disired amount. Add sauce and top with some grated parmesan cheese. ☆Remember 12 to 24 month aged parmesan cheese. KRAFT is not cheese. Serve with some tasty french bread.
