- Take 1 large pack center cut pork chops
- Get Olive oil to coat pan
- Get Sprinkle black pepper
- Take Sprinkle oregano
- Take 1 green pepper, sliced

- Prepare 1 can beef broth (14 ounce)
- Provide 2 tablespoons corn starch (heaping)
