- For the dough, sieve the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the butter and mix to get a crumpy texture. Gradual mix in milk and water. Mix to get a firm ball. Cover the mixture and allow to stand for 30-40mins.
- Knead the dough, cut out the desired shape, and the fillings and seal the edge with egg. Rub the egg over the top of the filled dough.
- Put in the oven and bake.
