The ingredients needed to make Quick & Easy Basic Meat and Miso:
  1. You need 150 grams Ground meat (pork or beef/pork mix)
  2. Use 1 Japanese leek
  3. Use 2 tbsp ● Miso
  4. Get 2 tbsp ● Sake (or water)
  5. Get 1 tbsp ● Sugar
  6. Take 1 tsp ● Soy sauce
  7. Use 2 tsp Ginger (grated)
  8. Provide 1 tsp Doubanjiang
  9. You need 1 tsp Sesame oil
