- Take 1 packages whole wheat macaroni noodles
- Provide 2 cup cheddar
- Get 1 cup mozzerella
- You need 2 cup baby carrots
- Provide 1 cup sour cream or greek yogurt (plain)
- Take 2 large eggs
- Get 1 dash djon mustard

- cook macaroni according to directions on bag. in another pot boil/ steam your baby carrots until soft. then add to food processor make a puree if you will or you can chop finely if you don't have a processor
- while that's cooking in a large bowl add eggs and beat them now add sour cream or greek yogurt and djon
- once noodles have finished cooking add macaroni in your large bowl
- add soft carrots and both of your shredded cheeses and Mix together to melt cheese and to coat noodles. meanwhile preheat oven to 350
- in a greased baking dish a size to accommodate your Mac noodles
- add to baking dish and pop in oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown
- serve warm and enjoy. (hopefully your kids wont notice the carrots, if they do tell them it's Cheddarcheese)
