- Get 1tbs Fennel seeds…..

Steps to make Quick n easy beef pulayo:
- Make yakhni with whole garam masala as mentioned above only for beef…..n remaining ingredients n cook in pressure cooker for 20 to 25 min or as per need according to beef…..it shud b 85 to 90 %done
- While U will be waiting for yakhni prepare other things done… First sliced the onion….in a blender blend tomato with green chillies n ginger n onion…..
- Make potli with mentioned masalas specially for potli… I've used strainer……..
- Soak the water in luke warm water for 10 to 15 min for quick result……then take a wide pan n add in oil…..also check yakhni n beef shud b ready……..now add sliced onions n on medium heat fry till golden brown….n add white Cummins n black Cummins seeds………now only add beef botis n bones to onions n bhoonofy like namkeen ghosht…..then add blended masala…..n Black pepper powder…..n bhoonofy until oil seperate…..
- Now discard whole garam masala from yakhni…n measure the yakhni…it shud be 4 glasses according to rice…..add water if needed n add in to beef masala…..now add two or three green chillies n potli cook for 10min on slow flame for more aroma from garam masala potli then add rice……dries out approximately 90 percent water n give dam on slow flame for 15 to 20 min or as per requirement…. yummmmmmmmm quick pulayo is ready..must try recipe 😋😋😋😋 serve with green chutney…salad n achar
