The ingredients needed to make Coconut rice:
  1. You need 5 cups rice
  2. Provide 2 cups chopped carrot
  3. You need 2 cups chopped spring onions
  4. Take 2 cups chopped green pepper
  5. Get 2 pieces bonga fish
  6. You need 2 pieces maggi crayfish
  7. Provide 2 pairs of knorr
  8. Take 3 tbs blended pepper

  10. Get 1 satchet coconut powder
  11. You need 1 tin coconut milk
  12. Provide 3 soup spoon of coconut oil
Steps to make Coconut rice:
  1. Put your rice in a bowl, put in a little salt, pour in hot water and set aside
  2. In a big pot, put in your coconut milk, coconut powder, maggi crayfish, meat/ chicken stock, knorr cube, and water. Allow to boil very well then check for salt and add.
  3. Once boiled, wash your rice very well and pour in the boiling water. Stir very well and allow to boil till its cooked and almost dry
  4. When dry, reduce the heat, sprinkle the blended bonga fish ontop and turn off the heat.
  5. Step II. In a frying pan, put in your coconut oil, put onions and a little spring onion, saute a little then put your fresh pepper, salt and kitchen glory. Stir for a while
  6. Once the pepper dries a bit, pour in the carrot and green pepper, reduce the heat, mix very well then pour into the rice.
  7. Mix everything together then cover let the steam cook the vegies.
