- Provide 1 kg Chicken
- Prepare 1/2 cup Curd
- Take 1/2 cup Cream
- Provide 2 tbsp Green chilli paste
- Take 4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Use 2 tsp Turmeric
- Get 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Provide 2 tbsp Tanoori chicken masala
- Prepare 1 tbsp Garam masala
- Take 1 tbsp Black pepper powder

- Provide 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Use 1 tbsp Orange Red food colour
- Provide as per taste Salt

- Prepare 1 piece Charcoal
Steps to make Chicken Angara:
- In a bowl take all the ingredients except Butter, Ghee and Charcoal.Mix it well and keep it aside for 6 -7 hours.
- In a pan take butter and add chicken to it. Cook till chicken becomes soft.
- On gas stove put charcoal. when it burnts put it in a bowl.
- Put this bowl on cooked chicken. Pour ghee on burnt charcoal and immediately cover the chicken with lead.
- Don't open lead of pan for 15 mins.
- Serve with green chutney.
