The ingredients needed to make Corned Beef and Cabbage:
- Use 1 Corned Beef brisket (with the spice packet)
- You need 1 (12 oz) Guinness black lager beer
- Get 2.5 cups Water
- Provide 1 Onion sliced
- Provide 6 Garlic cloves smashed
- Get Creole mustard
- Use 3 Tblsp butter
- Provide Carrots
- Provide Red potatoes (small)
- Prepare Green Cabbage sliced

- Place the onion, garlic, and butter in the pot
- Place your brisket (fat side down) on top of that with the lifting handles
